I am a Branch Manager with 9+ years of experience in the mortgage industry. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, particularly first-time homebuyers & Veterans. I pride myself on offering a wide range of mortgage products tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their financial situation.
I am also a native to Chattanooga and love living in this area with my family. I have been happily married to my wife for ten years, and together, we are raising two wonderful boys. We also care for our family service alert dog, Romeo, who has become a big part of our family.

Abby Mahon
LOA and Marketing Coordinator
Abby is both the LOA and Marketing Coordinator for the Chattanooga Branch! She has been with us since September of 2021.She is in charge of all of the marketing for the branch as well as each loan officer. She keeps us involved in the community, plans all of our events, runs our social media, helps us build relationships with other local businesses, and helps us spread the message that homeownership is closer than you think!
As an LOA she also helps our loan officers and clients through the first few steps of the loan process. She is here to help gather documents, answer questions, and keep you informed throughout the first stages of your loan.Abby is local to Chattanooga and has lived here for over 8 years. She graduated from Ringgold High School and attended Dalton State College. In her free time she loves music, spending time with her dog Lily, being with her family and friends, and being involved with her local church!
David Rawiszer

David Rawiszer is the Branch Sales Manager with LeaderOne Financial Corporation. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds mortgage loan officer licenses in Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida. David has an extensive background in finance and has experience working with borrowers who are self-employed, commission based, and hourly. David has exceptional experience with regular loan types such as Conventional, FHA, USDA, THDA, VA and other down payment assistance programs.
David is a native of Hamilton County and knows the area well. He graduated from Hixson High School where he was a high school state champion wrestler and attended UTC on a wrestling scholarship. He graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Accounting. David is married to wife, Sharon, and has two kids Dakota and Drew and two dogs, Neyland and Peyton. David is in his eighth year working to help buyers obtain the ultimate dream of home ownership.

Lisa Kelley

Lisa Kelley is a Mortgage Loan Officer. She has a license for mortgage lending in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Lisa is experienced in all loan programs such as FHA, USDA, VA, Conventional, down payment assistance, and self-employed. She also has strong skills with helping borrowers who may need extra help with building their credit. She has the determination to see the loan process from start to finish and ensure her clients understand the process.
Lisa is a native of south Alabama but has been in the North Georgia area for over 25 years. She is a mom to 4 and grandmother to 10. She and her husband Mark have been married for 20 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to church.
